"This is handy to know the bus routes. It shows your position on the bus route and the position of some of the buses. This makes it very handy and convenient to get around most places in town. It has an English option. Unfortunately I could not find a timetable in the app. Although that information is available on their website and at many of the bust stops."

"Decent basic app which shows where most of the buses are (if the bus' location transmitters are working and switched on). It was very helpful for me while I was in Vientiane. However, occasionally, some buses' location transmitters might either be faulty, or not be switched on, causing some buses to not be shown on the map. So don't fully depend on the app and keep your eyes peeled and on the road for buses that might just appear. I have also seen a bus location suddenly stopping and then disappearing from the map before. Server refresh rate or response is possibly a little slow, so the app keeps showing an error regarding connection issues. Be patient and the app will refresh itself and should reconnect to the server. Also for buses 23 and 29 which are supposed to go to the Southern Bus Terminal, when the buses travel in one direction, they go into the bus terminal but not in the other direction. This is not obvious in the app. I had to quickly reach for the bell to stop the bus because it didn't turn into the bus terminal junction. In addition, when I took the first bus no. 14 from the northern bus terminal headed towards Talad Sao, the bus did not follow the designated route through the city center, but used the highway south of the night market park instead, so there might be occasions when buses might not travel as per the predesigned routes."
